I enjoyed buying my car at Rigs and Rides. I got a quality vehicle at a reasonable price. Tom was very honest about the car I was interested in. All the information about the vehicles is backed up by Carfax. They have a good inventory of cars at reasonable prices.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Marlin at Rigs & Rides, the first being a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT. During the first purchase, Marlin detailed exactly what was wrong with the car -- which wasn't much; the majority of issues were resolved by their mechanic on the spot. That car gave us almost 9 years of excellent service with no issues and, while it is usually an oxymoron, Marlin and Tom at Rigs & Rides have shown us the the words "honest" and "used car dealer" can, indeed, be used in the same sentence..
We expect this new Explorer, which is MUCH fancier than the first one, to give us just as much -- if not more -- service and enjoyment for the next 9 years. And, when it is time to trade in -- you can bet that we will look to Rigs & Rides for our next car.

Love the vehicle, however, more than 6 months later we find out upon registering our vehicle, Rides and Rigs chose the wrong address. No were on my paperwork had I listed a PO Box, and today I am advised it was registered to a PO box and at my own expense and effort I will have to correct this problem. Thanks Rides and Rigs for such wonderful customer service.

As you indicated you love the super clean low mile well maintained 2013 VOLVO XC60, and have had zero mechanical issues with it since you purchased it on 12/09/23 ... but you have a complaint with the DMV. According to you the discrepancy is you never updated your personal PO BX mailing address. Sadly RIGS & RIDES has zero control over the DMV. We only can submit information we are given from our clients. You are correct, we did not put your old PO bx in the new DMV registration paperwork you signed with us.... Yet somehow however your previous PO BX number was still listed with the DMV and that is where they choose to send your Tags and Registration. This issue is clearly out side our control, and fortunately is a very simple fix. However, You must contact the DMV and update Your personal and private information listed with them. As we tried to explain to you on the phone both on 5/22/24 & 5/23/24 it is a very simple fix on your part. Once You have updated your private information with the DMV they will resend out the Tags & Registration.... There is zero expense for you to contact the DMV and update your personal information and you can do this either in person, or via the DMV website. The simple solution to this issue is for you Brian, to contact the DMV and update your personal information, so they can send the Tags and Registration to your updated address. If you have any more questions, feel free to contact the management team here at RIGS & RIDES. Thanks for your business we look forward to working with you in the future.

Oh my goodness.. where do I start? All I wanted to do was sell one of my extra vehicles, I thought it should be really easy. On FB market place I see people listing stuff all the time… I have sold a few bits of furniture and stuff around the house… how hard can it be? Wow, after only a few days I realized what a colossal mistake I had made! So many crazy scams and sleezy people! I even got messages asking me to meet at weird locations, and trade things i dont want. 1 person wanted to know where I lived so they could UBER to my house, but I had to pay for the Uber ride, there were so many messages... What was I thinking? Then I got a FB message from one of the guys at rigs and rides… they asked me some questions about my car as well as if I had any success selling my car, and if there was anything they could do to help…. At first I thought it was a scam too. But I quickly realized they were legit ( I googled their reviews )…. Let me share with you.. they really do go above and beyond to help. They helped me understand many of the benefits of doing a consignment, besides saving my sanity, they protect my privacy and work to keep me safe. They advertise with CarFax, and they are willing to take trades. Still on the fence I went to visit them in person and show them my car. I was pleasantly welcomed by a friendly Doggy name Bela and the rest of the staff at the dealership. The office manager Joanna was a delight to speak with as she confirmed with me some of the paperwork to authorize RIGS & RIDES to sell my car. Within a few short days they called me to let me know there was a qualified potential customer looking at my car…and the very next day, Joanna called me with the good news of the sale!!! I wanted to thank them in person and it took me a few days to come pick up my check.. and darn them, if they didn’t have just the Jeep I was sort-of dreaming about…. Long story short, I am now the proud new owner of a great USED WRANGLER! And I am even more excited about the planned summer adventures! I am so grateful for the entire team at Rigs and Rides… thanks so much for restoring my faith in humanity.
